Mr. Aurang Zeb

Mr. Aurang Zeb is an accomplished nursing professional with a diverse background in clinical practice, teaching, and research. He graduated from Liaquat National College of Nursing Karachi in 2006, where he obtained a solid foundation in nursing. Recognising his passion for psychiatric nursing, he pursued specialisation in Psychiatric Nursing at Jinnah Post-graduate College of Nursing Karachi in 2007.

Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, Mr. Aurang Zeb completed his Post RN BScN at Liaquat National College of Nursing Karachi in 2008-2009. He then embarked on a two-year journey to pursue a Master’s degree in Bioethics at Aga Khan University from 2010 to 2012. To further advance his education, Mr. Aurang Zeb undertook the Master in Nursing MSN program at INS KMU Peshawar from 2014 to 2016. This program offered him an opportunity to delve into advanced nursing concepts and develop leadership skills. Remarkably, he achieved the distinction of being the first-ever MSN graduate from KMU, securing the first position among his peers.

Continuing his pursuit of higher education, Mr. Aurang Zeb is currently a PhD Nursing Scholar at Shifa College of Nursing Islamabad, expecting completion in mid-2023. This doctoral program demonstrates his dedication to advancing nursing knowledge and making significant contributions to the field.

Throughout his career, Mr. Aurang Zeb has gained valuable clinical experience. He worked as a clinical Nurse at Liaquat National Hospital Karachi for three and a half years. Subsequently, he served as an infection control officer at Indus Hospital Karachi, further enhancing his expertise in infection prevention and control measures.

Mr. Aurang Zeb’s passion for teaching and research is evident through his extensive involvement in the academic field. Since 2011, he has been associated with teaching and nursing resea0rch, imparting his knowledge and expertise to students at various levels, including diploma, BSN, and MSN programs. His teaching experience has contributed to shaping the next generation of nursing professionals.
