As an Assistant Professor, he has taught a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate nursing courses such as Research, Biostatistics, Critical Care Nursing, Health Assessment, Epidemiology, and Nursing Theories. He is known for effectively integrating theory with clinical practice and for mentoring nursing students to become competent and compassionate healthcare professionals.
Waseem’s clinical and academic expertise is further complemented by his active engagement in research and publication. His scholarly work focuses on diabetes management, cardiac surgery outcomes, nursing education, and the impact of artificial intelligence in nursing, with several peer-reviewed articles to his credit. He has also been a speaker and participant in seminars on Cardiac Awareness, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Nursing Research, earning appreciation for excellence in patient care and educational leadership.
