Mr. M. Luqman Completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rehman College of Nursing in 2019. Afterward, he joined Rahman Medical Institute Hayatabad Peshawar as a Registered Nurse and worked in the general surgery ward for one year. He was appointed as RNO at Northwest General Hospital in the COVID-19 ICU.

He joined Hayatabad Medical Complex Peshawar as a Nursing supervisor.

Has represented the HMC nursing department at the International Conference of Ophthalmology 2023.

He remains the coordinator BScN at Northwest College of Nursing and School of Health Science Peshawar.

He has joined RCN as a lecturer in nursing.
